1 General Rules & Compliance

Jet Buz By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

• You are opening this account on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Jet BuzTo create an account, you must provide accurate personal information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time with the balance subject to forfeiture.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but running more than one account from the same device or IP address will be flagged as suspicious.

2.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. The following documents may be required:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• A recent selfie

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 48 hours.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Daily withdrawal limits are set based on your account tier.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jet BuzAll bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new members. To withdraw this bonus, you must meet a specified wagering requirement (typically 15–30x). The bonus is generally valid for 30 days.

4.2 Free Bets & Cashback

• Free bets can only be used on specified games or events.
• Winnings from free bets are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly unless otherwise stated.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed twice.

4.3 Referral Bonus

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit and meet the required wagering amount. Any attempt to claim a referral bonus using fake accounts will result in both accounts being permanently banned.

5 Betting Rules

Jet Buzhas separate rules for Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games. The general betting guidelines are outlined below:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If erroneous odds are offered before a match begins, Jet Buz reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Jet Buz reserves the right to recover any winnings incorrectly credited due to a system error.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets simultaneously to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening an account using a false identity or misrepresenting your age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain fraudulent advantages.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of illegal activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Jet Buz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• If the user wishes to close their account voluntarily.
• When requesting Responsible Gaming protections.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though this may vary depending on the circumstances.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jet Buz is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Every user has access to the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Time Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you play.
• Temporary Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
